Seeking a Director of Nursing to lead the nursing team at Hillcrest Country Estates in Papillion. The role involves planning, organizing, and directing nursing operations while inspiring residents to live their best lives.

Responsibilities include:
Implementing nursing objectives and action plans
Coordinating nursing care programs per regulations
Coaching and mentoring team members
Managing clinical care budgets
Addressing complaints and grievances
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Nursing preferred
Five years in skilled nursing preferred
Three years in a leadership role preferred
Must be a licensed RN in Nebraska or a compact state
