The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a vital role in an interdisciplinary team, addressing the comprehensive needs of hospice patients and their families. Responsibilities include case management, patient assessments, care coordination, and supervision of nursing tasks. The RN provides education, participates in team meetings, and ensures adherence to care plans while maintaining quality improvement standards.

Job Requirements:

• Current nursing license in the relevant state.
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience in hospice, home health, or community health.
• Reliable transportation and communication access.

Compensation: $36 – $45/hour, with flexible scheduling and potential incentives up to $10,000.
