Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated LNAs to join our team with flexible scheduling options available. Candidates must hold a current certification.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing supportive services to nursing staff and performing assigned duties.
• Assisting residents with daily living activities per care plans.
• Helping with lifting, moving, and transporting residents.
• Coordinating dining services, including meal delivery and documentation.
• Delivering nutritional supplements and assisting with intake.
• Weighing residents and tracking skin condition.
• Reporting changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff.
• Maintaining confidentiality of health information.
