Join a team dedicated to making a difference for individuals with disabilities as a Part-Time Physical Therapist. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting physical therapy assessments and developing treatment programs.
• Working within an Article 16 Clinic and adhering to OPWDD guidelines.
• Participating in team meetings and ensuring accurate documentation.
• Evaluating participants for wheelchairs and coordinating equipment repairs.
• Building relationships with vendors and community agencies.

Requirements include a New York State Physical Therapist license, at least one year of experience, and a clean driving record. Work location is in person.
