RN Registered Nurse for Southbridge Area

Job Description

Join our team as a part-time or full-time nurse in the Southbridge area with a $10,000 sign-on bonus (prorated for part-time hires). Responsibilities include:

• Conducting nursing assessments of clients in their homes.
• Developing and updating individualized plans of care (POC) in collaboration with physicians, clients, and families.
• Providing intermittent nursing care, teaching, and supervision.
• Consulting and referring families to appropriate community resources.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an N.L.N. approved nursing school.
• One year of nursing experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• Valid nursing license in Massachusetts and a dependable vehicle.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in English.
