Responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive evaluations and developing treatment plans.
- Creating home exercise programs with caregivers.
- Collaborating with healthcare providers.
- Maintaining patient documentation and meeting agency standards.
Qualifications:
- Active Texas license.
- Reliability and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in workplace technology.
Preferred:
- 3+ years of pediatric experience.
- Home-health experience and feeding therapy certifications.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
