We are hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for school-based positions, focusing on mentoring and collaborative client relationships. Candidates must have two years of BCBA experience, preferably in a school setting.

Salary: $85,000 – $110,000 annually.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Conducting behavioral assessments and developing treatment plans
  • Overseeing behavior intervention plans
  • Monitoring skill acquisition and training staff
  • Communicating with school staff

  • Current BCBA certification
  • Two years of school-based ABA experience
  • Training experience for staff and parents
  • Strong communication skills
