Private Practice Counselor/Therapist

Job Description

Join our team as a Private Practice Therapist and make a meaningful impact in a supportive environment. We offer a sign-on bonus of up to $15K for Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors (LCPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) providing diagnostic and therapeutic services to adults and children in an outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized psychotherapeutic services and develop effective treatment plans.
• Provide 25 hours of billable services weekly and implement crisis intervention procedures.
• Maintain comprehensive client records and participate in professional development activities.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling.
• LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT licensure required.
• Two years of experience with SMI/SED populations preferred.
