The Hospice Home Care Nurse, reporting to the Team Manager, is responsible for assessing and addressing the care needs of terminally ill patients and their families.

  • Education: Diploma, ADN, or BSN from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure: Current Maryland State Registered Nurse license.
  • Experience: Minimum of two years nursing experience or equivalent education and experience.
  • Skills: Knowledge of infection control, strong time management, excellent communication, patient and family focus, and EMR proficiency.

    • Pay range: $63,407.38 – $97,440.12, with a $3,000 sign-on bonus. Applicants must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have an approved exemption. Equal Opportunity Employer.
