RN / LVN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Job Description

We are seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) in Lubbock, TX, to provide one-on-one medical care for infants, children, and adolescents in home settings. Full-time and part-time shifts are available, with a pay range of $62,000 – $75,000. Responsibilities include:

• Assessing and addressing medical needs per physician’s plan.
• Administering medications and treatments.
• Coordinating care and educating families.
• Implementing preventative care initiatives.
