RN, Registered Nurse – 4N Neuro ICU

Job Description

We are seeking a competent Nurse for a 22-bed Neuro/Surgical ICU, focusing primarily on neuro patients. Responsibilities include providing routine and complex care, utilizing the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation. The nurse will manage patient needs, administer medications, document care, and educate patients and families.

Core competencies involve critical thinking, patient throughput, unit operations, and adherence to safety regulations. Candidates should have a nursing degree, preferably one year of experience, and hold a current Texas RN license. Additional certifications such as ACLS and NIHSS are required within specified timeframes.

Work schedule varies; full-time position available.
