Job Description

We are seeking a competent Nurse to provide both routine and complex care in a clinical setting. The role involves independent practice, critical thinking, and effective delegation to manage patient care. Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation, while addressing the psychological and social needs of patients and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments, monitoring for side effects.
• Document patient care and educate patients and families.
• Plan and evaluate nursing care and unit operations.
• Ensure patient safety and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
• BLS certification and RN license required.

Work Schedule: 7PM – 7AM, Full Time.
