We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for our Livingston, NJ location, specializing in long-term care, short-term rehabilitation, and skilled nursing. The PT will provide high-level care to residents across multiple facilities, requiring frequent travel. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering and directing rehabilitation care in compliance with all standards.
  • Evaluating resident needs and creating effective treatment plans.
  • Coordinating treatment supervision with staff and other disciplines.
  • Participating in resident screenings and providing clinical feedback.
  • Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and billing records.
  • Assisting with marketing and participating in training programs.

    • Requirements include a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy and a current state license. Experience in older adult rehabilitation and knowledge of regulatory guidelines is preferred.
