We are seeking a Registered Nurse in Northampton, MA, responsible for coordinating and overseeing nursing care for assigned residents. Key duties include:

  • Providing direct nursing care and ensuring compliance with nursing and medical plans.
  • Supervising Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants.
  • Assessing resident conditions and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Maintaining effective communication and documentation of care.
  • Responding to resident risks and ensuring timely medication administration.

    • Position requirements include an Associate’s Degree in nursing, current RN licensure, and at least one year of related experience.
