RN Case Manager

Job Description

The RN Case Manager is responsible for coordinating care among clinical staff, patients, families, and healthcare providers. Key duties include supervising CNAs, LPNs, and RNs, developing individualized care plans, providing education and support to patients, and ensuring timely clinical documentation. Candidates should have a current RN license, at least one year of nursing experience, and strong leadership skills.

Salary ranges from $70,000 to $75,000 annually, with additional monthly allowances. Benefits include health coverage, retirement plans, paid time off, and various insurance options, available after 30 days of employment.
