Position: Clinic Director – Occupational Therapist (OT)

Overview: Seeking an Occupational Therapist to lead a senior living community’s therapy services, ensuring compliance with regulations and overseeing care delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee team operations and care delivery.
• Implement clinical programs and quality initiatives.
• Advise on treatment planning and interventions.
• Provide occupational therapy and wellness services.

Schedule: Flexible hours, typically Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Compensation: $50.00 – $57.00 per hour
