Administrative Supervisor (RN) Nursing Administration/Full-time

Job Description

Position Summary: Directs and supervises nursing services during evening, night, and weekend hours.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Associate’s Degree in Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Certifications: Valid NM or compact RN License; BLS and ACLS (ACLS must be obtained within six months).
• Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience: Six months of management experience or five years in acute care clinical settings.

Environment: Exposure to bloodborne pathogens, infectious diseases, and x-rays; works irregular hours.

Physical Requirements: Ability to handle emergencies, stand for extended periods, and perform patient transfers.
