We are seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) for a Care Coordination Program, offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus. This role allows OTs to practice at the top of their license while engaging in care coordination to enhance their careers. Responsibilities include providing therapy services to seniors, conducting assessments, and supporting care coordination efforts.
