Job Description

The RN Clinical Nurse at ThedaCare provides specialized, evidence-based nursing care in a collaborative environment, focusing on patient-centered outcomes. The role involves assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and ensuring high-quality care delivery in a modern, Medicare-certified skilled nursing facility. Key responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process, improving patient experiences, and maintaining positive interprofessional relationships. Candidates must have a current Wisconsin RN license and an Associate’s Degree in Nursing. The position offers 12-hour shifts on weekends, with a commitment to professional development and a supportive work environment.

• Location: Peabody, Appleton, Wisconsin
• Schedule: 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
