We are seeking a RN Charge Nurse for part-time (2nd shift) and full-time (3rd shift) positions, offering a sign-on bonus of $10,000 for full-time and $5,000 for part-time. The role involves providing direct nursing care to long-term care, dementia, and sub-acute residents, ensuring compliance with clinical standards. Key responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring residents’ conditions, directing clinical staff, and maintaining high standards of resident care. Candidates must possess a current Michigan nursing license, have relevant nursing experience, and demonstrate effective communication and organizational skills. Competitive pay ranges from $32.50 to $38.81 per hour, with various benefits available.
