Clinical Supervisor (RN, Nurse) Pediatrics Full-time

Job Description

The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for shift leadership and operations within a clinical department, ensuring nursing care safety and quality. Collaborating with the Nursing Department Director/Manager, the supervisor utilizes human resource and budget principles to manage daily nursing services and supports patient and family care through interdisciplinary teamwork. Key responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, providing patient care as needed, and coaching employees to uphold clinical and service excellence.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred.
• Licenses: Current RN license in New Mexico, BLS, ACLS (within 6 months), and other relevant certifications.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a relevant role.
• Skills: Knowledge and skills to provide age-appropriate care.

The role involves working irregular hours, managing multiple patient care activities, and exposure to various health risks. Physical requirements include handling emergencies and patient transfers.
