A nonprofit organization providing comprehensive medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services in South Houston and the Gulf Coast is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The BCBA will be responsible for training staff and implementing intervention plans for children with autism, requiring extensive experience in clinical settings and a passion for family support.

Duties include:

  • Overseeing clinical operations and client onboarding.
  • Providing ABA therapy and creating personalized treatment plans.
  • Supervising Behavior Technicians and training parents and professionals.
  • Developing assessment tools and behavior plans.
  • Maintaining communication with families and community agencies.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Special Education or related field preferred.
  • BCBA certification with at least 2 years of experience.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
