The BCBA will be responsible for training staff and implementing intervention plans for children with autism, requiring extensive experience in clinical settings and a passion for family support.
Duties include:
- Overseeing clinical operations and client onboarding.
- Providing ABA therapy and creating personalized treatment plans.
- Supervising Behavior Technicians and training parents and professionals.
- Developing assessment tools and behavior plans.
- Maintaining communication with families and community agencies.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Special Education or related field preferred.
- BCBA certification with at least 2 years of experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
