About Us: We have been serving our residents and community for over 100 years, offering a full continuum of care including independent living, assisted living, rehab, and long-term care.

Hours: Full-time and part-time positions available for 1st, 2nd, and weekend 3rd shifts.

Requirements: Active LPN license in good standing with the Wisconsin Registry, and the ability to pass a background and drug test.

Pay: $26-$29/hr, with additional perks including:
