Job Description

We are seeking a Night Shift Inpatient Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Nebraska Spine Hospital, a 34-bed specialty facility. This role offers a $25,000 sign-on bonus, a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:3, and a schedule of three 12-hour shifts per week, including weekend and holiday coverage. Responsibilities include assessing patient status, developing individualized care plans, administering medications, and advocating for patient safety and comfort. Candidates should be graduates of an accredited nursing program with a preferred year of acute care experience and current state licensure. Competitive pay ranges from $28.03 to $49.86 per hour.
