Responsibilities:
- Work with families to create supportive home environments and address children’s behavioral health needs.
- Engage youth in skill-building programs targeting communication, emotion management, and conflict resolution.
- Write service plans based on diagnoses and collaborate with families and community supports.
- Provide high-quality services, completing an average of 75 hours monthly.
- Complete documentation per guidelines and ensure funding authorizations are current.
- Attend required training and assess ongoing behavioral concerns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or related field with relevant mental health experience.
- Minimum of two years in a behavioral healthcare setting.
