Job Description

The Director of Nursing (RN) is responsible for managing the nursing program to ensure high-quality care at the facility. Candidates should have a BSN (preferred), a valid RN license, and CPR certification, along with three years of relevant supervisory experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Guiding nursing staff development and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols.
• Managing staffing schedules and budgets.
• Addressing resident and employee concerns.
• Participating in recruitment and retention programs.
• Assuming leadership in the absence of the Administrator.

Strong communication, organizational, and emergency response skills are essential.
