We are seeking a Clinic Director who is a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to lead our innovative care coordination program aimed at enhancing the lives of seniors. This role allows you to practice at the top of your license while engaging in care coordination tasks. Responsibilities include overseeing care delivery, conducting wellness visits, leading operational initiatives, and providing occupational therapy services.
