We are seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to provide direct rehab care in a long-term and post-acute care facility.

We offer:

  • NBCOT certification upon hire

  • Graduate of an accredited OT program

  • Active state license

  • Preferred one year of post-acute care experience

  • Current CPR certification

    • Essential functions involve:

  • Implementing treatment plans

  • Setting and modifying patient goals

  • Overseeing care provided by support staff

  • Maintaining professional relationships and confidentiality
