Exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Mental Health Facilitator in the Bucks County High Fidelity Wraparound Family Teams Program, with a $500 sign-on bonus available through September 2024. The role involves collaborating with families to create individualized, child-centered plans that enhance support systems and empower youth.

Responsibilities include:

• Engaging families in the planning process
• Collaborating with service providers
• Monitoring plan implementation
• Teaching High Fidelity skills
• Ensuring team satisfaction and engagement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field
• 2+ years of experience with children and families
• Evening availability (2-3 nights/week)

Compensation: Starting at $19/hour, benefits from day one, including medical, dental, and paid time off.
