Position: Inpatient RN
Location: Lancaster, PA
Work Type: Full Time, Night Shift (12-hour shifts)
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 for eligible candidates
Night Shift Differential: $5.00/hour

Summary: The RN will assess patient health, develop care plans, administer nursing care, and maintain medical records. Responsibilities include advising on health maintenance, administering medications, and monitoring patient conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Current RN license in state of employment or multistate RN license
  • AHA BLS certification required
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in nursing preferred
  • Operating room experience preferred
