We are seeking a Lead Physical Therapist for our East Brunswick, NJ location, responsible for delivering high-quality rehabilitation care across multiple facilities. This role involves frequent travel and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to ensure effective treatment plans that meet regulatory standards.
Essential Duties:
Direct and manage resident rehabilitation care, adhering to all standards.
Evaluate resident needs and develop efficient treatment plans.
Supervise treatment plans and coordinate with staff and disciplines.
Participate in resident screenings and provide clinical feedback.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and billing records.
Assist with marketing and participate in training programs.
Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy.
Active Physical Therapist license in the state.
Preferred experience in older adult rehabilitation and knowledge of healthcare regulations.
