Job Description

We are seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist for a skilled nursing facility in Boise, Idaho. This role emphasizes patient-centered care, allowing therapists to spend adequate time with each patient without the pressure of high production rates.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assessing patients’ physical, communication, and cognitive skills to create treatment plans.
• Providing support and advice to families and caregivers.
• Teaching the use of adaptive equipment and assisting with daily activities.
• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatments as needed.
• Performing administrative tasks and preparing clinical notes.

Pay ranges from $50.00 to $60.00 per hour, with benefits including a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement. An Occupational Therapy License is required. Work is in-person, with weekend availability needed.
