RN – Nurse Residency, St. Frances Cabrini

Job Description

Applications are now open for a new RN residency cohort starting in December 2024, aimed at recent RN graduates. This yearlong program offers developmental training and onboarding to help new nurses gain skills and confidence in providing high-quality patient care. Participants will receive comprehensive orientation and be paired with a preceptor for guidance through a structured curriculum.

Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited RN School of Nursing
• Current Louisiana RN license
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association
• Interest in professional growth
• Willingness to accept scheduling/placement designations

Work type is full-time, with the schedule to be determined.
