Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) RN for a 125-bed skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and direct the Nursing Service Department.
• Participate in resident admissions and screenings.
• Review nurses’ documentation on resident care.
• Conduct daily rounds to observe resident care.
• Communicate with physicians and visit residents.
• Assist in MDS planning and implementation.

Qualifications:

• Current RN License in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year RN Supervisory experience in long-term care.
