We are seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in the West, Crozet, Waynesboro, Staunton, or North, Culpeper, Madison, Greene County areas. Home health experience is strongly preferred.

  • Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, initiating and reevaluating care plans, administering prescribed treatments, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

  • Qualifications: Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with current state licensure, 1+ years of nursing experience (3+ years preferred), and a commitment to clinical excellence.
