Join our team with starting rates at $18.90 per hour and a $6,000 Sign-On Bonus paid throughout the first year. We provide a range of community-based health and social services in western Pennsylvania, focusing on maintaining independence for the elderly through our LIFE program.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting participants with mobility and personal care.
• Participating in assessments and care planning.
• Reporting changes in participants’ conditions.
• Supporting daily activities and maintaining cleanliness.
• Escorting participants to appointments.
