Job Description

We are seeking a Primary Registered Nurse for the Sturgeon Bay territory to serve as the primary case manager for patients in the community and facilities. This role involves collaborating with float nurses and an interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate care, conducting assessments, developing care plans, and teaching family members about patient care. The position requires flexibility, teamwork, and strong communication skills. The schedule includes 36 hours per week with 9-hour shifts and occasional weekend and holiday coverage. Candidates must have a valid Wisconsin RN license, two years of nursing experience, and excellent critical thinking skills. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered.
