Job Description

The Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN) position involves providing direct nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse, ensuring client safety and adherence to facility policies. Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering individualized nursing care and participating in care planning and evaluation.
• Administering medications and documenting effects accurately.
• Communicating effectively with the multidisciplinary team and reporting any changes in client status.
• Performing vital signs, lab tests, and monitoring client health.
