Job Description

We are seeking Occupational Therapists (OT) for Skilled Nursing Facilities, offering flexible assignments to fit your schedule and a “choose the way you earn” model. Enjoy remote onboarding, daily updates on facility needs, and the ability to balance work and family life while addressing critical gaps in geriatric care.

• Hourly Pay: W2 $46, 1099 $57
• Requirements: NYS OT License, BLS Certification, EMR competence, and malpractice insurance (if applicable).
• Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations, create treatment plans, and provide therapy for various conditions.
• Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, Per Diem, with various shift options.
