The Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN) position involves providing direct nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse, participating in care planning, and ensuring client safety. Key responsibilities include:

  • Administering medications and documenting effects.
  • Communicating effectively with the healthcare team.
  • Conducting health and psychiatric education for clients and families.
  • Performing vital signs and lab tests.
  • Maintaining compliance with safety policies.
