Position Summary: We are seeking a full-time Inpatient Nurse (PCU/Step-Down/Tele RN) for day shifts (7A-7P) at our small-format hospital in Harmar, Pittsburgh, PA. This role offers a $20,000 sign-on bonus and various job perks, including shift differentials, a 401K match, and free parking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide age-specific nursing care, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Follow physician orders and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Adhere to infection control procedures and perform lab testing.
• Manage admission, discharge, and transfer processes.
• Participate in quality assessment activities and attend required meetings.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred.
• Current RN licensure and 2+ years of relevant experience required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS preferred.
• Fluency in English is necessary.
