We are seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for a long-term care facility in Holmdel, NJ. The PTA will manage resident care, ensuring quality outcomes while participating in an interdisciplinary team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing and directing rehabilitation care in compliance with standards.
  • Evaluating resident needs and developing effective treatment plans.
  • Coordinating treatment supervision with staff and disciplines.
  • Participating in resident screenings and providing clinical feedback.
  • Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and billing records.
  • Assisting with marketing and participating in training programs.

    • Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy and a current PTA license. Experience in older adult rehabilitation and knowledge of regulatory guidelines is preferred.
