An opportunity exists for an RN to join the Trauma ICU Team in Oklahoma City, working nights from 7p-7a. Responsibilities include managing patient care, conducting assessments, developing care plans, and supervising staff. The position offers a $40,000 sign-on bonus and enhanced benefits, including front-loaded PTO and paid family leave. Applicants must have a current RN license in Oklahoma, BLS certification, and effective communication skills. The role may require floating to other units and participation in on-call status.
