Fairview Health Services is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for its M Health Fairview Masonic Children’s Hospital in Minneapolis, MN. A $20,000 sign-on bonus is available for candidates with 2+ years of Neonatal/Pediatric experience, while those without can receive a $9,000 bonus. The role involves providing diagnostic and therapeutic services, following treatment protocols, and ensuring patient safety across various age groups. The position is part-time (0.6 FTE) with 12-hour shifts, including weekend rotations. Required qualifications include an Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Care, a Minnesota Respiratory Therapist License, and BLS certification. Additional certifications in NRP, PALS, and ACLS are required within six months of hire.
