Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA – Home Health

Job Description

We are seeking a Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide direct patient care and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to enhance patient and family experiences. Key responsibilities include:

• Administering physical therapy as directed by a physical therapist.
• Assisting patients with therapeutic exercises and mobility training.
• Utilizing physical agents for treatment and instructing on assistive devices.
• Monitoring patient progress and reporting changes to the physical therapist.
