Job Description

Position: Certified Surgical Technician

Department: Operating Room (Inpatient/Outpatient Surgery)

Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time Hours Available

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 for candidates with less than 1 year or single specialty experience, paid after 6 months of employment.

Position Summary: The surgical technician supports the surgical team by ensuring a safe, aseptic environment during procedures. Responsibilities include prepping and sterilizing rooms, transporting patients, passing instruments, and assisting medical staff.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; graduation from an accredited surgical technology program or Armed Forces medic/corpsmen program required.

Certifications: Surgical Technician certification must be obtained before starting.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Previous surgical tech experience preferred
• Proficient in English and medical terminology
• Computer skills for data entry
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
