Night Shift – LPN Full Time/ Part Time/ Per Diem

Job Description

Join our team as an LPN Team Leader with a pay range of $28.00 – $38.44/hour, plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus and experience credit. We offer full-time, part-time, and per diem positions, with additional benefits like a gas allowance and a pay-in-lieu-of-benefits program for part-time staff.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Supervise and assist Nursing Assistants in resident care.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes.
• Document care plans and maintain regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

• Current LPN or RN license required.
• Experience in a geriatric setting preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
