LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate nursing care with resident care plans.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions.
• Assist with resident transfers and promote mobility.
• Oversee care provided by CNAs/CMAs and supervise medication administration.

Qualifications:

• Valid Kansas LPN license.
• Experience in adult care preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
