Position Summary:

We are seeking a Behavioral Health Nurse for night shifts (3, 12-hour shifts) at our Birmingham, AL location. The role involves:

• Providing direct patient care to behavioral health patients per facility policies.
• Conducting bio-psychosocial assessments and developing nursing care plans.
• Participating in treatment team conferences to set and revise patient goals.
• Implementing care plans and leading group therapy sessions.
• Evaluating patient responses and adjusting care plans as necessary.

Requirements:

• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Licensed Associate Professional Registered Nurse credential from the Alabama Board of Nursing.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing school or required licensure at hire.
