Job Overview:

Part-time opportunity (0.10 to 0.44 FTE) for an RN Inpatient Case Manager IV, responsible for clinically-based case management to enhance patient care delivery. The role involves utilization management, care coordination, and transition planning, ensuring effective resource use and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse with MSN and 5 years of case management experience or BSN with 10 years of experience.
• Current NM RN licensure required.
• Two years of clinical nursing experience in a relevant area.
• National Case Management certification preferred.
